Ever wondered about taking up a sport, but consider yourself too old, too young, too unfit, too busy? Well there is one activity where you could play till you are 100, if you stay reasonably healthy.
Table Tennis is one of the few sports where a 10 year old can take on a 90 year old on an equal footing (youth over experience). There are no boundaries to age or gender, everyone is welcome to try and compete at a level they feel comfortable with.
This table tennis league, centred around Ashford, Kent is aimed at developing and promoting the sport in the region.
Runs every Saturday morning from 10-12 at the ACF Centrepiece Church. Numbers are limited, but bookings can be made for 5 week courses suited more for children 7 and upwards. If your child is interested, or you'd like your child to come and have a go please get in touch. The sessions are run by Jenny Swain, just click the name and drop her an e-mail for more information.
In The Loop:
Table Tennis is a great gamr that can be played either just for fun or more competitively, with any numbers of players. Loop is a new initiative that engages adults in social Table Tennis in a variety of non-traditional settings. Hundreds of businesses, universities, colleges, community sports clubs, bars & cafes are part of this movement...so what's stopping you from getting in the loop too?

As is becoming increasingly common leagues are looking for sponsorship from private companies to help fund the league activities. As it stands Ashford do not have a headline sponsor, so if this is something you could assist with please get in touch with the committee and we'd be happy to discuss this with you.
If you feel you would like to support the league, but perhaps not as the headline sponsor, there are various other sponsorship options which would be considered:-
- Table Sponsorship for the League Tournament held in March
- Sponsorship a specific event at the tournament, or one of the handicap events held on an annual basis.
- Sponsor our Kent League teams
Do you have a suggestion for the league, or improvement to the site? Please feel free to get in touch through firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us your thoughts, we welcome the support.
